Veggie Red Soup

Preparation Time : 5 Mins
Cooking Time : 5 Mins
Serves :2



Ingredients
  • 2 carrots
  • 5- 6 leaves of spinach
  • 1 beet root
  • 4 tomato
  • 1 Tsp ginger(according to taste)
  • 1/2 lemon
  •  black pepper( according to taste)
  •  black salt(according to taste)
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar (optional)

Method
  •  In a mixer grind pieces of carrots, spinach, tomato, beet root , ginger and one glass water.
  •  In a  pan boil the grind-ed mixer.
  • After it gets boil , filter the mixture.
  • Add black peeper, lemon , sugar(optional) and black salt to it.


Trust me if you take it everyday any time that suits you, you will have beautiful skin, good digestion

And a good diet as well.

  7. for all , i have published my second recipe also, which is one of healthy dishes with very less oil and you can keep it for at least4-5 days in fridge it will remain fresh and tasty to eat
