Recipe (Servings for 2)
- 2 carrots
- 5- 6 leaves of spinach
- 1 beet root
- 4 tomato
- 1 Tsp ginger(according to taste)
- 1/2 lemon
- black pepper( according to taste)
- black salt(according to taste)
- 1/2 Tsp sugar (optional)
- In a mixer grind pieces of carrots, spinach, tomato, beet root , ginger and one glass water.
- In a pan boil the grind-ed mixer.
- After it gets boil , filter the mixture.
- Add black peeper, lemon , sugar(optional) and black salt to it.
Trust me if you take it everyday any time that suits you, you will have beautiful skin, good digestion
And a good diet as well.
